This website is operated by Ziv Avni. Enquiries are delivered using Resend and stored in Brevo to manage follow-up. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can opt in separately using the checkbox and then confirm through the link sent to your email.

Newsletter sign-ups are processed by Brevo and require email confirmation. We retain the email address, request source, request time and consent wording/version. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Booking an introductory call

The booking page embeds Google Calendar. Loading it connects to Google to display availability and enable booking. You can also open the calendar in a separate window. Details you provide in the calendar are used to arrange the appointment, send its invitation and reminder, and host the Google Meet call. Booking a call does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Website measurement

Only with your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, traffic sources, successful enquiries, newsletter sign-ups, WhatsApp link clicks and clicks through to the appointment booking page. Your IP address is transmitted to Google as part of the connection. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content to Analytics. You can refuse or change your choice using Privacy preferences. The choice and analytics cookies are configured for up to six months.

A temporary random confirmation reference is associated with your email to verify and count a confirmed subscription once. It is valid for 14 days; expired records are removed on the next subscription request. After counting, the email is removed from that record and a one-way hash is retained to prevent repeat counting. These identifiers are not sent to Analytics.

The site is hosted by Railway. These providers may process data outside Israel. Enquiries are retained as needed for the business relationship; minimal suppression records may remain after unsubscribe. To ask about, update or request deletion of your information, email ziv@zivavni.com.
